Error 43-400

this error message appears every time i try to see my photos omy DVR. this also "AN UNEXPECTED ERROR OCCURRED WHILE ACCESSING THE SERVER" I have had this problem since November of last year. Tech support at TIVO is no help. I have uninstall and reinstall several times, i have restarted the DVR,dropped the firewalls on my router and the computer and turned off the virus protection. I submit the following information to aid in your assitance:

operating system: Windows ME
TIVO desktop version: 1.3
Firewall and Virus protection by Computer Associates
Router by LINKSYS WRT54G

NOTE: THE PHOTOS ARE MY ONLY PROBLEM. THE MUSIC IS WORKING.
