My two Tivos (80 hour and 40 hour) are successfully connected to my wireless network. I can transfer shows between the two Tivo's, but when I try to transfer them to my desktop, the transfer gets halfway through and then is interrupted. I have read through several posts on this site and it has been recommended that my problem will be solved if I assign a static ip address. I have no idea what I am doing, can someone please help me? I would like to be able to transfer shows to my computer and then burn them for viewing when I am travelling.
I have contacted Netgear and Tivo's engineering department, but both have been absolutely no help. I am so frustrated! :mad:
