This is almost off-topic, but I wondered if there was a Tivo hack to swap channels or add a channel to a Tivo!
I've just replaced my OnDigital Nokia Mediamaster 9850T which has served me well, but of late has been crashing everyday with Tivo usage and has proved un-reliable for automated recordings with a cheap Panasonic TU-CT20, mainly due to size.
I'm a little surprised, as I thought the receivers may have improved with these new generations STBs, but I've noticed I receive no service for ITV 3 on Ch.10, or CBBC Ch.70, but I do receive other channels on those Muxes.
I've found that I have got ITV3 on Ch.40, I had a function on the Nokia that could swap channel nos, but I don't have this facility on the Panasonic.
TIVO QUESTION: Is there a way to someone tell Tivo my Ch.10 is Ch.40?
I've tried resetting the Panasonic TU-CT20, and scanning without and aerial connected to no avail. and no scanned 5 times.
thanks
