Looking For A Fan

I'm looking for something pretty simple, but it probably doesn't exist. If it doesn't, I'm thinking it should. My Series 1 with its newly installed THIRD hard disk in six years is running pretty close to unacceptably hot, 48 degrees. Is there a QUIET standard electronic component sized box except for maybe height with nothing but a fan in it blowing air out the top, so that I could set my Tivo unit directly on top of it and my Tivo would have air blowing underneath it at all times? Okay, so the two would need maybe a couple of inches separation between the two so my Tivo wouldn't heat up the fan box. Essentially all I'm looking for is a convenient way to place a fan to blow air EXACTLY where I need it, not some jerry-rigged noisy thing squeezed-clamped to some ledge and ready to fall and blowing air everywhere but where it's needed. Too Rube Goldberg to make any sense?

They make these things for laptop computers, I see no reason why it wouldn't work for a Tivo also..

I use this on my S1. I used double side tape
