Now Playing Logos

I have 2 H10-250s, and on one of them each program recorded in now playing has a channel logo, ie ABC, HBO. And on the other there are none. What gives??

Are they both the same software versions?? Have you done a clear & delete on
the one w/o logos??? I believe a c&d will remove logos....the only way to get them back is to download a new ver nbr...the current ver # is "F"
