Connecting with Vonage (VOIP)

I'm having problems connecting for updates since I've subscribed to the Vonage phone service. Any suggestions??? Won't connect locally at all and I'm now using a toll number in New York City :confused:

If you have broadband, why not use that to connect?

isn't vonage free long distance? unless you have a series 1, you should use broadband

I'm probably going to go with a wireless setup but until I get that set up, any suggestions??

Call Vonage and complain. They're one of the few VoIP providers who claim that a modem can work on their system so you might as well hold them to it.
