New AT9 Dish and HR10-250

DTV came over and installed a new AT9 dish that picks up the 5 orbital signals and an OTA antenna. When I go through the dish setup I dont have an option for the new dish. So I have to select the 3 LNB dish. I am hitting about 95% on sats 101 and 110, but I cant pick anything up one 119. DTV came out again and the guy tried a new LNB and that didnt work. Anyone have a clue what might be wrong?

Is this a totally new installation, or an upgrade? Did you get 119 before?

Its an upgrade from a dual LNB dish. I dont think my last dish could get 119.

Do you have a multiswitch installed?

If so, could be a bum multiswitch.

I just had the A9 installed thursday, and I can see them all...

BUT.... the signal first goes to a Zinwel 6802 (6x8), and 4 of those feeds go to my array of 4x8s switches, which then connects to my HR10-250.

No, I dont have any switch yet. I am having my TV and eveything else installed next week and thats when im adding the multi switch. I just wanted to make sure with this tivo box I would be able to get all 3 birds..

The HR10-250 can only see the three sats (10, 110, 119), so setting the unit for the oval dish should work just fine as long as the AT9 has been aimed properly.
