Toshiba SD-H400 Still Available?

I've been checking online and it seems that the SD-H400 is not available anymore. Is this true? If not do you know where I can buy one new?

Though I'm not sure why you'd want one, when the DVD-RW units are fairly cheap these days, and offer superior integration.

I have one and my friend likes it because of the Tivo Basic. Looks like none of the Toshibas with Tivo Basic are made anymore. Did Tivo cancel Tivo Basic licensing?
