Question about returning to direc

I used to have direc tv. I went to Cable. How long does it need to be till I can come back and get the deals a new customer will be offered? Thanks

If you still have the same name, address and phone number then you are always a former customer. No new customer deals for you. Retention may be able to cut you a deal though.
