There isn't. Sorry!
Columbus, Ohio is market #32, according to Nielson (http://www.nielsenmedia.com/DMAs.html). DirecTV is working on the first 36 (I believe) markets to be complete early/mid 2007. So, you're looking at about 9-12 months, probably.

Can anyone venture a guess when my area will get local HD from DirecTV?
This is more of a rhetorical question since my DMA is 156. :(
Also, it doesn't matter much, unless my area steps up to the plate and offers more OTA HD in the first place. :( :(

I called and activated my H20 receiver today, and asked about my waivers for HD DMA's. They granted CBS, but are waiting for ABC, NBC & FOX. I'll probably get approved about when they offer my locals in HDTV (sometime this spring, DMA #15). Oh well...
Jim, you get New York HD's through D*, right?
