5-year Warranty Through VE?

Curious if anyone has needed to use the 5-yr warranty through VE in relation to their HR10-250. Mine just bit it and with all the premiers coming in the next week ... I kind of need it!

My Hard Drive died 3 months after I got it. One email to Valueelectronics and a new unit was in the mail. I got it 4 days later and was back up and running.

I'm not very pleased with VE right now. I purchased a H20 on Thursday, and was told I should get an email confirming shipment. I have yet to receive one. And every time I call, I'm told that I should get one soon. Saturday, they told me to call Monday if I hadn't received one. So, I call, and they say they have to call me back. Damnit, just LOOK IT UP! Give me a shipment confirmation!!!:mad:
