OTA Tuner 1: 85 OTA Tuner 2: 26 to 50

Those are signal strength readings. :confused:

This happens only on one channel WBBM CBS Chicago Digital 3 HR10-250.

I get a picture when on tuner 1 and when i try tuner 2 ,
I do not get a picture Tried switching the cables and splitter Tv tuner is crystal clear. :(
