Ive recently updated my Tivo to the latest flash and running Tivo Desktop 2.2 I think it is. I thought I read somewhere you can now watch Mpeg files from your PC through Tivo? Example I have some .AVI files from my digital camera and can convert them to Mpeg. Can I copy them to my Tivo box through Tivo Desktop or can I stream them accross the network by having Tivo Desktop open? I guess the bottom line is I thought I heard you can now view Mpeg files though Tivo and watch then on TV?

If so can anyone tell me how to do this find the Mpeg files through the TIvo menus to play them? If Im way off sorry just let me know its not happening.

Thanks!

And for the millionth time I will recommend Videora software to convert your mpgs to the proper Tivo format. Enjoy!
