Non-HDCP Connections?

Anyone have their HR10-250 hooked up to a non-HDCP enabled DVI port? If so, are there any issues hooking up this way?

Of course there are. DVI with HDCP didn't even start until mid-late 2002, and there are still many companies too cheap to license HDCP for DVI inputs. You'll only have trouble if the HDCP flags are enabled on programming you are watching, which happens rarely if ever right now.

no issues currently. there are only two DirecTV channels using HDCP, and they are both test channels.
