Toshiba and Guide Grid

Can you change the guide to the guide grid setup with the toshiba units. I have one right now in basic mode and cant seem to be able to access the menu to change the guide setup. Do you need to have a subscription to do it? Or can you not do it at all with Toshiba?

My Toshiba RS-TX20 set to the grid style guide. It might not be available for basic customers though. I've paid for a lifetime subscription...
