Just moved - no phone landline

I just moved to a new town and I need to redo my setup for my new cable system. Questions: Do I have to do another guided setup, and if so, can it work over the internet. I'm trying to save a few pennies - so no land phone line (analog or VOIP).

I have a TiVo Series 2 with software version 7.2.1-oth-01-2-540

I believe that if you have had it working with ethernet then it should still work at the new place. Just rerun guided setup for the new cable system.
