Random reboot

My Tivo just started to reboot randomly.

Series 1, software 3.0 (I think, made from CD).

Modem broken. Have not made call for several years.

Is this the end of it? Or is it just a problem with software?

Anything I can check? I do have bash over serial.

It could be a failing power supply. Short of swapping it out there is no way to tell for sure. It has 5 volt DC output for the logic and 12 volts for the fan and hard drive.

Is there place to buy the PS? I opened the box. The PS is not a self-contained box. :(
