Wow, I literally loaded Galleon 1.9.2 and it told me there was new version. Maybe I'm first :)

Way to go, Leon! Thanks!

And WOW. Thank You.

I LOVE the menu feature. With Yahoo apps the Music, Photos, and More menu was getting MUCH too big and exiting out of a Galleon app put you back at the same place on the main menu. This is a BIG change.

Installation that picks up all my former 1.9.2 config is super too! No more re-entering when we upgrade!

Haven't played with other stuff much, but it looks VERY steady.

Nice 2006 present for Tivo Users!

Thanks again! :)

Leon,
The help for the new app sharing feature says that the PC Port must be set to 80. Mine was set to 8081 before I upgraded. After upgrading Galleon wouldn't let me change this in the UI. I just got a beep trying to delete the port number. I was able to change it in the config xml file and restart the service.
I'm really interested in trying this out, since Yahoo! Photos has been down for three days. I bought the inlaws a Tivo for Christmas so they can see pictures of the grandbaby on their TV half way around the country.

Fixed in Galleon 2.0.1

Support GoBack folders

Does this mean that when you transfer stuff back to the Tivo it will show up in folders, or only that when you go to download the files they are organized on your machine?

Thanks,
Rourke

It is up to you to organize your video files on your PC. Galleon will display your folders when you enable grouping for Now Playing.

Will the files still be grouped when you transfer them to the Tivo, or are they only grouped when you're browsing them on the remote PC?

TiVo uses its own grouping mechanism that is based on the program type and series title.

Is there any way to have Tivo group programs that you upload to the Tivo that were not originally recorded by the Tivo?
