Newbie wants to record SportsCenter

I want to record SportsCenter everynight, and keep just one episode. I would like to find a time sometime in the middle of the night, that doesn't conflict with anything else. How should I go about doing that?

Ordinarily, you would create a Season Pass for the show and specify "Keep at Most: 1". Then leave the SP at the bottom of the priority list and let TiVo find the right time. The trouble is if the guide data doesn't provide episode information that TiVo can use to distinguish among the many showings, and that I can't help with. I'm sure someone else will have the details.

Use the pick programs to record lookup to find what times the show is on. Then pick one that is late and set up a manual repeating recording for that time and channel.

What I did was set sportscenter as a season pass, set to keep only 1 and keep until you delete, that way when your done watching your sportscenter, delete it, then later that night it will record that days sportscenter
