Yahoo not working but network fine

For Yahoo Photos, Weather, or Traffic and Live365. When any are selected, I see

first

"Please wait ..."

then

"Now experiencing network problems. Please try again later."

Nor can I add a new ID - same messages.

Wired network. Network connection tested and fine. TiVo is doing its regular connection over the Internet.

Yahoo worked before and stopped working a couple days ago.

I'm getting a very similar issue.

Live365 works along with the Podcasting.

What doesn't work is Yahoo! Photos and Yahoo! Weather.

Yahoo! Traffic works until I try to save a location and get the error above.

Tried a restart but didn't help. I'm guess its a Tivo or Yahoo issue right now.

Same here. Hasn't worked for several days. I want to show my Christmas pictures on the TV. Grrrrrrr

why not use the Tivo desktop to serve the pictures from your pc to your tivo and look at them on the photo's on your pc section.

Same here. Just like mace44. Last three days. Worked great for month prior.

My Yahoo features worked for all of 3 days before this issue appeared for me. I attempted to rectify the issue by restarting my box thru the menu, and now it is even worse. The blue TiVo screen with the lights appears, and the box freezes. I am unable to do anything without unplugging the box and plugging it back in. I attempted to contact a TiVo rep that I found on this message board, as he said to let him know if you were having issues with the Yahoo apps. However he has yet to respond. Anyone else having these symptoms?

Same here. Yahoo! Photos and Yahoo! Weather have not worked for about 3 days--same error message. Other apps seem to work.

these yahoo apps are driving me crazy. First of all, they don't work I'm getting the network trouble message too. I have no interest in Traffic (I live in Maine, not an issue), I use desktop for photos, don't care about internet radio. My point is, why can't I turn some of this crap off, there are probably 10 of those apps that I don't use and maybe 2 that I do.

Give me things I can and want to use, T2G for Mac, automatic distribution of conflicts between my two Tivos, a HDTV unit with cable card. The only upside to this Yahoo thiing is hopefully Tivo is making some $$$ with this partnership and they will be able to stick around and be innovative again, not just survive.
