Referral sent to wrong email address

A coworker of mine got a TiVo for Christmas and was nice enough to send me the referral. Only, he sent it to my work email address and my previous referrals are under my personal address. Is there anyway to transfer the referral to my personal address?

call TiVo as they can fix this up. I think you can even do it on the web page if you know the email that was used by mistake

Just for to the referral creti area and the system will do it for you. You just need their name, TIVO number, email, and month they signed up.
