Can't get Galleon to work

I can't get Galleon to work. When I go to File/ToGo... and then the Recorded tab, I can see all the programs on my TiVo so connectivity seems fine but when I go to my TiVo, I can't see any of the Galleon apps.

I do have a couple of errors in the log but don't know what the problem is. They are:

"15:15:14,394 ERROR [JmDNS.ServiceBrowser: _http._tcp.local.] TiVoListener - Service not found: _http._tcp.local.
15:15:32,380 ERROR [ToGoThread] ToGo - java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect"

I'm running XP SP2 but I don't have any firewalls running.

Have you configured the correct ip address in the Galleon configuration GUI File/Properties menu?
Have you enabled all of the neccessary ports:

Have you looked for any errors in the Galleon logs?
Have you tried to test your network with the TiVo HME Quickstart demos:

Last try and then I give up. Anyone?In the future, you might get a quicker reply to your questions if you post to one of the other existing Galleon threads. Leon (javahmo) usually makes a thread here on TC for each new version of Galleon (like Galleon 1.9.2 (http://www.tivocommunity.com/tivo-vb/showthread.php?t=272201) and Galleon 2.0.1 (http://www.tivocommunity.com/tivo-vb/showthread.php?t=279664)).

I haven't seen a Galleon log error like yours before, so I can't add much more about that (but the TiVoListener error does seem like it is very related to your problem).

As to firewalls, be sure that you aren't having a problem from the built-in Windows firewall (or a firewall that might be automatically enabled by other utilities).
