Hi,

I found a solution here from another thread somewhere, or it may have been another site. I was adviced to use codes for "Philips". This will give you power, volume and mute controls. I tried all the Philips codes and the ones in the first line of them on your tivo menu work best. Some of the later ones work, but errors like volume down mute's the tv and such happened, but so far... I can use my new Syntax Olevia with my Series 2, and soon to be Humax DRT800.

Argh. Unfortunately 0001 didn't work on my Syntax 30" LCD. It's a bummer having to keep the TV remote around for power and vol. I even tried the "0999" trick and cycled through all the codes. Has anyone else had problems with the TiVo remote and the Olevia Syntax 30" LCD?

I have a LT26HVE and the best combination of working buttons is vol+-, Power. With 0001 my input seems to be mute and mute does nothing. Oh well I just ordered a Harmony 880 and will be putting away all of my remotes.
