I guess most subscribers already have this info through the message inbox or other sources. But, just in case you missed it.
I already have my recordings set for Sunday.
I down load 2 files around 2.5GB each and both of them will not work transfer to my TiVo HD. I use TiVoDesktop to move them across i have transferred these files before without any issues.
Any help would be great.
I really hate the double evictions.
If I were a betting man, I'd bet that McCrae's yard was the only one that actually had 2 bones in it.
Elissa really was blinded by Andy - she actually thought McCrae was the extra vote to send Amanda home. Crazy.
I seem to be missing some episodes of the bridge. I see a couple of 3 minute recaps, but no episodes. Season pass fail? Anyone else experience an issue?
I have the Roamio in the basement and was excited to see that RF was added to the remote this go around.
I have used a Next Generation remote control extender with my TiVo's in the past and never had a problem.
With the Roamio I am missing key punches using the "native RF" or when I switch to IR and use the extender.
I have noticed that as soon as I push a button the emitter on the top of the remote flashes either red or yellow immediately. Red always fails. Yellow always works.
Anyone else seeing behavior like this or have a suggestion how I can correct the issue?
While I have been enjoying this (final) season much more than recent years, I was truly blown away by the sheer, plot-driven stupidity of this episode.
"Well, Sam & Fi, you see, I'm plotting with the CIA and we're going to take down James today. Then, this will all be over."
"Oh, OK, that sounds great. We'll just hang out here until you're done."
There was absolutely no reason, aside from artificially-manufactured drama and horribly lazy writing, for the boathouse scheme or the rooftop showdown ever to take place. What a MASSIVELY disappointing way to set up the finalé.
I just activated a new Pro this afternoon. I can see my other three Tivos, in the list, but when I try to browse to any of them, the Roamio says it cannot access it because of a network error. Does this have something to do with Tivo not finishing something on their end? I know the network is fine, since I have kicked off a Tivo connection a few times to load software updates. The MAK is displayed on the Roamio, so I know it got its updates from Tivo. Shoudl I give it another day or is this some other issue?
Everyone’s on the lookout for the debut of iOS 7 at Apple’s big press conference scheduled for next week. But GigaOM is reporting that, based on available shipping data from an analytics company called Panjiva, a new Apple TV set-top may also be in the cards. According to the report, Apple received shipments labeled “Set [...]

Recently Season Passes for Broadchurch (BBC America) and Last Tango in Halifax (PBS) fail to mark episodes for recording, even though there are no recording conflicts, and the listing does not have the episodes marked as Reruns? When I select them manually, they record ok. My other season passes work ok?
Hi, there is no Roamio or Series 5 device listed in the URC Complete Control device database.
Does anybody know what the compatible IR remote control type would be?
E.g. Series 3?
Can't remember if my Premier did this or not, but it isn't expected behavior and is frustrating and should be corrected IMHO.
You set a program to record at say 5:30 p.m. that is 3 hours long. It's now 6:00 p.m., so it's recorded 30 minutes and you decide to start watching from the beginning. You get a few minutes in, then decide to hit the Tivo button, go to My Shows and start watching something else. You then pause that show and go back to your program that you were watching (still recording, etc), but you don't have a choice to resume playing (or from beginning like stuff that has finished recording. You only get Play. It then starts playing from the beginning! Every single time you do this. Why wouldn't it remember where you were and start playing from there?
I hooked up my Pro today through my Sony AV receiver and the sound doesn't seem to be as good as it was from the Premiere Elite. After fast forwarding it seems to be even worse and then improves as it plays. Is this just me or has anyone else with a Dolby Digital AV receiver noticed anything like this?
I found a Roamio Pro today at BB and picked it up and went by Verizon and picked up a card. The Tivo set up went pretty easy, however been stuck in activating the card mode for over an hour now with Fios. It took me to the automated screen with the fios set up number to activate new equipment and it is all automated, you plug in the various numbers from the screen on your TV but in the process it says we have activated your card and your set top box and it will take up to 30 mins. I have been through that now twice and still does not seem to activate, I have been on hold for Fios tech support now for 20 mins.....wondering if when they say "activating your set-top box if they know it is a TiVo I am trying to activate? As it is not activating, and no one is answering at Fios. Anyone remember if you ended up having to talk to a live tech support person at Fios or what I might be doing wrong?
Anyone get an Apple TV to function on a TIVO remote...Cant find any codes or anything, just curious..
Prices for the Roamio Plus are pretty consistent across the sources. Some variability in shipping option/prices.
I've only bought drive upgrades from Weeknees. Any advantage (returns, etc.) using TiVo or Amazon, which have been flawless for me over the years? Worth the $50 difference?

I logged in okay, "No compatible Tivo Boxes were found on this account. This app only works with Tivo Premiere, Tivo HD/Series3 DVRs, and Tivo Mini.
OK, I'm at work when I opened this app.
I haven't completed set up possibly, though Cable Card is active on my Tivo Plus, can view channels. I guess there's a menu on there to activate the box, even though I did order it with Lifetime?
Does this app. support AirPlay? If it did, I might be able to get away without a Mini, just stream from iPad app. to Apple TV, though I'd probably keep the Mini, if the MOCA works out.
First post. I have decided to change my DVR setup from Windows Media Center (32TB media hub with iSCSI, 6 network tuners, etc.) because of the failed Ceton Echo extender project. I will keep the HTPC for media using XBMC and remove WMC DVR duties. As such, I have a really solid network infrastructure on both Ethernet and Coaxial.
Which is the better solution between the Roamio Plus and Mini? MoCA or Ethernet?
Would MoCA require additional hardware?
I believe removing network traffic from the LAN is always beneficial, but if MoCA has negative side effects on user experience, then Ethernet would be preferred.
I've seen some other ethernet vs/ moca threads but couldn't find this answer. According to the chart here http://support.tivo.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2560
(click "Connection states for Tivo Mini", look at line 3)
it seems like if I use moca to connect a mini to a roamio, I will not get OTT apps? Seems like if that was the case, there would be more complaints about it, but I just wanna make sure. Either this chart is wrong, or I'm reading it wrong, I hope!
I just grabbed a couple of videos off my Roamio Pro for testing (just verifying there are no issues with VideoReDo) and man this thing hauls! The TS held at around 11.2MB/sec, which is 89.6Mbps. I only have a 10/100 network, with a MoCa bridge in the middle, so that's pretty much maxed out for my network.
Even the PS file was holding around 10.3MB/sec which is faster then a TS from my Elite. (~7.2MB/sec)
I should test iPad downloads through the Stream and see if those are any faster.
Just got my Cable Card installed this morning.
It was tuning in okay. I let the Comcast installer know I only wanted one outlet, I would deal with the Mini in the bedroom.
So is there a FAQ? Or here are some questions right away.
1. I purchased both with Lifetimes. Do I need to activate or something? I admit I haven't gone though the complete guide yet.
2. One coax on the Roamio, which comes from the splitter. I have ethernet connected to my router.
So the same splitter feeds the coax into the other room.
So would I just connect the coax to the Mini and they should communicate over the splitter?
I asked for a 2 Ghz splitter and he said they only have 2 or 3 ways and installed what looks pretty old.
I did buy a Monster Cable 2 Ghz splitter from Amazon.
One concern I had was whethr the RG59 built into the walls of my 30-year old townhouse would perform well enough.
