I haven't been able to schedule recordings from the website or mobile app since at least mid November 2013. I've placed two support calls to Tivo and they've confirmed that this has been broken since a website redesign some months ago. They also can't provide an ETA for a fix. It's surprising to me that this wouldn't be a major issue for Tivo but maybe people don't try to record and find programs from the website. Is anyone else encountering this problem or have any insight to what's going on?
