    Hi all...

Tivo premiere decided to freak out this morning. I got a message that the guide had run out (confirmed with Tivo support that the guide had not run out and they had a record of successful connections).

Then went to my shows and they had been completely cleared. All saved shows lost. Season pass information is still there and it seems to be recording and functioning normally now. Recently Deleted also completely clear. Messages still intact though.

Any ideas on how this might have occurred? Sounds like a huge software glitch to me. Has anyone else experienced this?

    Ouch! that sucks.
Is there anything special about your system?
    - Up-sized hard drive?
    - Does it have an external drive (DVR Expander).

Check the recording history any clues to what happened there?

WOW! You lost all recordings and Suggestions? I sure hope this is a one of and you are the only one that this happens to.

What does the Free Space Indicator show?
    How old is the Premiere?
I assume you tried switching the User Interface and rebooting the TiVo.
What version is the software and did you get the 20.3.1 software update?

Last week my TiVo deleted all of my recordings 2+ years old. I immediately when to settings and checked all of recorded shows to "Keep until I delete" I'm upset Tivo removed my shows and nothing was in 'Recently Deleted'

Are you sure the old programs were deleted not just hidden in a folder. How full is the drive? Setting all programs to KUID is known to cause problems.
