Tivo HD - Netflix won't launch

    I've got a bunch of Tivo's, but only the Tivo HD unit has this problem. You go to Tivo Central -> Video on Demand.
    It says Please wait, and a few SECONDS later, spits you back out to the Tivo Central.

    I don't see ANY option to clear the activation code, etc. I've rebooted the Tivo to no avail.

    The Tivo Premier XL I have are just fine.

    Try forcing a connect to tivo. Also, make sure Enable Video Downloads is checked for this DVR in your Tivo account.

    What software is the HD currently on? If it is 11.0k then you need to call support so we can update that. The software needs to be on 11.0m.

    Yes, it was on 11.0k. I restarted the Tivo and it applied 11.0m and now it works fine.
