Premier box, Motorola Razr HD phone, wired and wireless network, but will not connect. Tried every trick in trouble-shooting recommendations, and spent over 1/2 hour on telephone with Tivo Tech. support. He tried to be helpful, but still cannot connect. Had some difficulty with Premier when first purchased. It appears Tivo "rushes to market" before getting "bugs" out of hardware and software, allowing purchasers to help them trouble-shoot issues they should have resolved before releasing product. Would have considered purchasing a Roamio, but now have concerns for functionality of Tivo hardware and software. Will wait until the "dust settles" on this product. App is useless.
