I've found that if you leave the THR22 on a DTV music channel for a long time (hours) you usually lose the status bar on any other TV channel that you subsequently tune to and also on other tuner, losing the ability to pause or rewind. You can only get the status bar back by switching the unit to standby and bringing it back on. Then, all is fine.

    Is this a known issue?

My wife listens to those music channels all the time and she's never mentioned any problems like this. And believe me, she mentions EVERYTHING!!!!!

Well, I have two THR22's and it happens on both of them. It happened on my bedroom TiVo again yesterday.

Yes, resetting gets the status bar back. But, like I described in my first post, switching to standby and back gets the status bar back without having to go through a reset.

It's probably a feature and not a bug ,designed to avoid screen burn.

Really? The status bar is not displayed on music channels.
