The website sucks. Never remembers you.

NEVER does the Tivo website remember me for more than one day. There is a checkbox that says "keep signed in for 45 days" and I always check it. This is not a problem for any other site and I have cookies on. EVEN SAYS MY NAME AT THE TOP - but yet, have to sign in AGAIN, always.

Just one of the problems with the site, which is pure crap.

also, the past few weeks if you go to My Shows, then select another box, you get this screen:

Then you have to click on My Shows again to bring up your list.

The "Keep me Signed In" never worked, even on the old website. After a few hours, if I would revisit the page, I would have to sign in again.

    A) keep the user logged in for 45 days when you log in and check the box.

    B) No errors when switching boxes in my shows listing.

    Exactly what I posted.

and exactly how are we supposed to help you keep the user logged in on a website and prevent errors on that website? You're asking a group of people who have nothing to do with a website that you have problems with to fix those problems in a forum meant to help people with Tivo box issues.

I'm venting and making it known that I am having this issue.

I know what you're getting at, and I don't care. I'm allowed to vent issues. Also, people from Tivo do visit this board.

....and the Web site is STILL incredibly slow. Especially embarrassing for the Web site of a tech company...

It has never remembered my login, nor has it saved it as implied by checking the boxes.
LastPass and one click and it isn't a problem.

This has been my observations too. It might be I am on safari, but it isn't a big deal to me.

go to Tivo.com. Pulls up instantly. Then hover on Find Shows, and then TV Listings Guide and click it. Then go make a sandwich and come back. It'll probably still be searching for the site.
