For TCF bragging rights, try your luck at predicting the events of BB "Season 5.2." Answer the questions posed on the "Fantasy Breaking Bad" web page linked here.

You can either put your answers within spoiler tags, to be revealed Sunday night after the series starts up again, or send them via PM to me. I will keep them in confidence until Sunday night.

Since the final "predict something about how the series will end" question is so subjective, we will not use it for scoring. Post your answer and we will review the predictions for fun after the finale.

    My entry.

Does this character live or die? (1pt each)
If this character dies, who or what kills them? (2pts each)
In which episode, 1-8? (1pt each)

A character is ruled to be dead during the episode where s/he chronologically died, and not when they were revealed dead. (Ex: Gale died in the last episode of Season 3, not the first episode of Season 4.)

    Main Characters

Walt: Dies, shot by Jesse, ep 8

Skyler: Dies, accidental shooting, ep 6

Hank: Dies, shot by Walt, ep 7

    Marie: Lives

    Jesse: Lives

    Saul: Lives

Lydia: Dies, shot by Walt, ep 5

    Walt Jr.: Lives

    Holly: Lives

    Todd: Dies, explosion, ep 3

    Gomie: Lives

    Declan: Lives

    Now the lightning round!
    For one point each:

Does anyone ever mention that plane crash again? Y/N
    No

Does Jesse Pinkman, at any point, wear a necktie? Y/N
    No

Does Skyler kiss Walt at any point? Y/N
    Yes

Will Holly say her first words? Y/N
    No

Does Walt seek more cancer treatment? Y/N
    No

Will we ever see Walt Jr.’s friend Louis onscreen? Y/N
    No

Does Walt ever cook more meth? Y/N
    Yes

Does Jesse ever cook more meth? Y/N
    No

Does Jesse ever use meth again? Y/N
    No

Does Jesse ever kill a person again? Y/N
    Yes

Does Hank get fired from or demoted at the DEA? Y/N
    No

Does Skyler smoke a cigarette? Y/N
    Yes

Does Marie steal compulsively at any time in the future? Y/N
    No

Do we ever see the teddy bear eye from the pool or Todd’s pet spider again? Y/N
    No

Does Walt ever get formally charged with any crimes? Y/N
    No

Does the car wash get busted for bogus accounting? Y/N
    No

Do we get to watch Hank punch Walt? Y/N
    No

Does any onscreen action take place in New Hampshire? Y/N
    No

Does Walt’s stupid hat get destroyed? Y/N
No (and it is not stupid)

Do we ever meet Saul’s vacuum cleaner salesman friend who makes people disappear? Y/N
    No

For one point: Does Walt’s confession/apology video ever get found?
For two points: If yes, who finds it?
    No

For two points: In which episode will we next see Walt With Hair?
I think it will show up in a flash forward in episode 1

For two points: In which episode do we discover how Walt acquires his fake identity?
    Ep 4

For two points: Is the bulk of Walt’s money…

    Donated to charity?
    No

    Spent on luxury items?
    No

    Seized by the DEA?
    No

    Hidden and never recovered?
    No

    Spent on business/protection?
    No

    Stolen?
    No

Given away on purpose to non-charitable sources?
    No

Bequeathed to Walt’s family somehow as originally intended?
Yes - Marie uses it to raise the kids

    Other: _____________________

For two points: Name one person who gets killed with Walt’s Big Gun:
    Lydia

Now, here’s a chance to really make things interesting. Make some predictions of your own. Obviously you can’t call any slam-dunks, like Walt Jr. eating scrambled eggs or Hank saying something vaguely racist. Check out this rubric I made:
For Two Points Each Make Seven Predictions Including Any of the Following:

    A character who becomes incarcerated.
A character who has not appeared in Season 5 appears alive onscreen (non-flashback).
A non-central character who dies (anyone other than the 12 people listed above).
A character (non DEA) who agrees to act as a witness on behalf of the state.
A character who attempts to blackmail another character.
An existing character whom we have never seen use meth uses meth.

    1. Walt Jr wrecks his car.

    2. Skylar slaps Walt.

    3. Marie breaks down in tears.

    4. Hank tells Marie his suspicions and she doesn't believe him.

    5. Skylar finally tells Marie everything.

    6. Jesse realizes Walt poisoned Brock.

    7. Todd kills two people.

Finally, and this is a little controversial because it’s so subjective, take three to five sentences and outline how you think the series ends. After the final episode, a panel of three impartial experts will read each answer and award seven points to the best one. (Not every league will be able to drum up non-participating judges, so you may want to leave this part out unless you want to inspire a Hector Salamanca-type vengeance in your friends.)

This is more what I want to happen than what I think will happen. The final showdown is between Walt and Jesse. Jesse finally realizes that Walt has been manipulating him the entire time and that Walt killed Brock. Jesse confronts Walter who continues to try to deny. Jesse grabs a gun, Walt thinks he won't do anything, Jesse blows his brains out. We cut to Marie and the kids at home and the doorbell rings. A huge bag of cash is left on the doorstep. Final scene, Jesse in his car, cash in the trunk, passing a leaving New Mexico sign.

This game, which runs the whole season, is worth 100 points. Whoever accumulates the highest point total wins the league and gets to wear a stupid hat whenever they want, and for some reason no one ever tells them their hat is stupid. They also hold the official title of The One Who Knocks. Cool, right?

    1. Saul, incarcerated, becomes a jailhouse lawyer for other convicts

    2. Walt's ex from Grey Matters makes an appearance

    3. Skinny Pete dies

    4. Walt Jr wears a wire and agrees to serve as a witness for the state

    5. Walt attempts to blackmail Skylar but ultimately kills her

    6. Walt Jr uses meth intentionally

    7. Holly uses meth accidentally

Finally, and this is a little controversial because it’s so subjective, take three to five sentences and outline how you think the series ends. The series ends with a Pyrrhic victory for Walt - he is the master of an empire but has lost his soul and his family (at his own hand) in the process. The venture he began in order to provide for their continued existence after his demise has ironically resulted in him still alive but them all dead. Final shot: Walt steely-eyed, sitting upon a throne-like chair, bodies at his feet, a pile of meth on his left, cash on his right, and sirens in the distance growing louder.
