The installer installed a SWIM unit and connected only one cable to the THR22-100. I have looked at the manuals and there is no info about connecting a second cable to the second antenna connection.

Currently the unit will only record two programs at a time. I would like to be able to record more or watch another channel while two are recording.

    any help would be appreciated.

    Thank You.

The THR22-100 is only capable of recording two shows. It has only two tuners.

You can watch a record while two shows are recording but not live. The standard HRxx DVRs are the same. The only way you get more in a box is with the HR34/44 Genie, which has five tuners.

    Mill Creek,...
You have a "single wire multiswitch" (SWM) dish, so only one coax cable is used to feed both THR22 tuners.
