I have a TiVo Wireless USB Network Adapter (model AG0100) and had a question about its functionality. Does this adapter allow multi-room streaming between two Premieres? Or maybe just transferring.

Maybe, maybe not. Streaming is only "supported" by a hardwire, but some seem to have it work. It seems to depend on your local arrangement and potential interference.

If you can hardwire them, it is generally worth it.

I have used a wireless bridge with a series 3. Basically, it plugs into the tivo's LAN jack and then has material transferred to/from as needed through a wireless connection. I wonder if this would "fool" a Premeire tivo into thinking its a hard line and stream as needed from another Premiere.

    You misunderstand.

It is unsupported, but it MAY work, it just may not be fast enough in every scenario. It is not prevented from working by the Tivo. I would try your bridge solution prior to buying a Tivo USB adaptor. Back with the S3s the Tivo adaptor helped unload some burden compared to other solutions, but the premieres are much faster than that.
