    Great episode.

Glad to see Ron actually has some emotions and went back to Diane's house and apologized to her. I'm always happy to have Lucy Lawless on my TV.

    Jerry's "fart attack" was hilarious.

And of course, the Halloween Surprise of Ben showing up and proposing to Leslie was pretty cool. I thought it was funny she kept making him stop so she could drink in the surroundings and remember the moment. I'm guessing there's no chance that Ben actually takes the job in Florida. Them being apart this long has been enough. I think he's got to stay in Pawnee after this.

Me too. I got really emotional for the proposal that I didn't see coming. Leslie and Ben are my favorite TV couple every.

Yes, surprisingly so-maybe he will make a go of it!

Am I the last person on Earth to realize that "Tom" and "Jerry" are always bickering, a la Tom and Jerry of cat and mouse cartoon fame?:p

    Poor Jerry-
Tom: "Jerry! Did you eat farts for lunch?"

I did not see it coming at all and as soon as he knelt down my eyes welled up with tears!

I knew that hen he was told to think about what he wanted for his future that he'd come back to Pawnee, but the proposal was a surprise. I'm so glad! I love Leslie and Ben.

I feel like this show is gently running out of steam.

I don't know that I disagree with that. I used to watch every episode at least twice, sometimes more. This season, they are still good, but I'm not watching them a second time.

No, apparently, *I* am the last person on Earth to realize it once you pointed it out. Great catch!!

    No way they're losing steam.

I loved the proposal scene. Amy Poehler really sells Leslie Knope 100%, and I feel like she's a real person. I root for her in every situation.

This one had some pretty funny moments, so I'm not sure about the losing steam thing. But I have a different perspective, as someone who only started watching Season 1 in mid-July.

The thing about me is, I'm looking forward to reading Perd Hapley's biography called "The thing about me is....I'm Perd Hapley".
