Called it! I can hear the strains of "I'm My Own Grandpa" in the distance. :)

If Rumpel KNEW that "the boy" would be his undoing, why has he let Henry live this long?

They've really folded this story in on itself with this revelation. I actually kind of like that.

I'm curious what the fallout will be of the cellphone video? :)

Probably because he didn't know Henry was "the boy" until now. That's why he has that evil face at end, when he has just realized it.

And of course, we were told that when Regina wanted to adopt, it was Gold who arranged for her to do so. He somehow got Henry for her, so he was really responsible. UNLESS, of course, there is a greater power of destiny involved here. :D

I remember that it was arranged by Gold, but since he's obviously never left Storybrooke, I wonder how he did it?

    Telephone.

Of course, the real question is, can he kill his own grandson?

If we follow the deception from the seer, could "the boy" not be Henry, but rather Bael, or even Hook?

    Just a thought....

Or August- Pinocchio is a perpetual boy, no?
He seems to be into stirring things up.

But yes, I wouldn't get too attached to who we think "the boy" is.
