No Pay Channels after reload with Charter

    I did a factory refresh last weekend because of problems with my Tivo HD. After the refresh everything works fine but I get no pay channels. When I go to a pay channel the screen pops up with the cable card info and a message to call your cable company for service. I have called Charter 3 times and they said everything on there side is fine and they will have to send out a service rep and charge me $45.00. Has anyone had problems after a refresh getting a cable card to work. All the cable card menus and tuning adapter menus look correct.

    You need to have the card re-paired. You wiped that out. Charter should be able to do that over the phone.

    I had the same thing when I replaced my hard drive.

    2TB drive died, had to use the original drive image onto a new 2TB drive.... all channels with CCI byte of copy once wouldn't come in.

    Called cablevision to repair the card and was good to go.
