No digital channels

    6 different tuning adapters from Charter, still no digital channels above basic channels. Tivo has a nice DVR diagnostic Tuning adapter section but nobody (neither Tivo or Charter) can do anything with the information to tell me if the tuning adapter is working or what the problem is. Tivo says try a new tuning adapter until one works and Charter says the problem is not on Charters end. Suggestions?

    If your Charter Tuning Adapter is a Cisco TA the following info should help alot:
    Cisco Tuning Adapter Status Troubleshooting

    Again if it is Cisco, make sure the CableCARD Menu CP screen says
    Auth Status: CP Auth Received

    If it shows this Auth Status: Waiting for CP Auth it is not properly paired and Authorized
