No Channels

    Hi,
    My neighbors moved from Indy to ATL. Comcast has been out twice...
    Tivo Premiere....3rd cable card..all the same problem.
    No Channels when testing....

    If I go to conditional access.....or whatever it is called I have 4 lines of code where YES YES V
    After that nothing. So I know that is the problem. It's missing the rest of lines with whatever is going on. Comcast blames Tivo and Tivo blames Comcast.
    Anyone see this problem and have any suggestions?

    I am taking their TIVO to my house and hooking it up and asking comcast to send a ping...and see if I can rule out the Tivo. I'm hoping trying it in another home does the trick.

    You've already verified it is indeed a Comcast equipment issue. The "Conditional Access" menu is of the cable card not your TiVo. In the past with TWC it was usually an issue with either the TA, their database or an issue with the cable into my home.
