Network Problem on Premium Channels

    Forgive me as I am new to Tivo's but Charter's services went out today (internet tv and phone) and they are back up and everything is working except premium movie channels. I called Charter and they sent a hit to my cards but I'm thinking it may be a issue on they're end as they are still out. Anyone experienced this in the past?

    Do you have a tuning adapter? If not are you sure you don't need one? My local Charter switched to SDV a couple years ago. Most of the Premium channel require the TA to work. If you have a TA you may want to pull the plug on the TA and the TiVo. My Sister had a problem like this recently. I tried just rebooting the TA but it didn't work. I then rebooted the whole system and when it came back up everything worked again
