Missing Digital, HD and Premium Channels

    Sorry if this is a repost of a prior question, but I have looked throughout the forum and cannot seem to find an answer. I had a cable card install last weekend on a TivoHd. After some time on the phone with the company later that night I got it working. Now it seems that I only receive HD, Digital, and Premium channels intermittently. It looks like one card has them most of the time, but the second card does not. Both cards firmware updated when they were installed and I rebooted the system multiple times and even have gone through guided set up multiple times. Any suggestions?

    Call your cable provider, most likely they are not paired to the box right, and they may need to "hit" the cards to get them working right
