Is the Netgear NeoTV GTV100 techically the same as VIZIO's Co-Star

I was looking around for a Google TV unit, and noticed that the Netgear NeoTV GTV100 and Vizio Co-Star look very much the same, even use the same remote. Anyone know if they are technical the same hardware wise, just branded\marketed differently?

What I liked about the Co-Star was the it has pass-through video, thus I could use it 'in-line' with my Tivo. Not sure if the Netgear device also offers pass-through video; assuming it would if they are the same hardware.

They are not the same, but they both have pass-through allowing the use of of the unit and live tv without changing the tv's input. The GTV100 remote, with no numbers on the front, is different than the Co-Star remote. I have a Co-Star and use it with my TiVo Premiere. I am happy with it so far.

Thanks for the response. I think I am going with the Co-Star unless some has a better suggestion that also includes pass through. I really like not having to switch between HDMI inputs.
