HR10-250 and HD

    So this months bill had HD turned on for my HR10-250. After 75 minutes on the phone with D (3 departments), retention was able to remove it.

    Tech support said they just rolled out new software that looks for HD receivers without service and automatically adds it. He said somewhere in their settings they had me as a Genie too. Not sure about that, I do not own one. Retention did a manual software override since tech support could not. I told them I would leave after being a customer for 15 years if they did not fix it.

    I realize there is newer equipment out there, I just choose to use this unit. Any other veteran HR10-250 users getting billed for HD? My bill just came yesterday.
