She could show up in a dream, retrospective etc.
But the point is, the credit seems to be a relic of past seasons in the Guide Data, not a reflection of what's actually happening on the show.
I've seriously considered cancelling my season pass for this show. I find it extremely boring so far this season. What the hell is the Swede storyline about anyway? If it doesn't pick up soon, I'm done.
I assume he hooks up with the evil Mormon who swore vengeance on Bohannon because he was stupid and stubborn enough to get his own son killed and he has to blame somebody other than himself, so the evil Mormon and the fake Mormon can have a Super-Villain Team-Up to fight Bohannon. But they sure seem to be taking their time getting there...at this point, I guess they're setting that conflict up for next season?
I chuckled when Psalms got that "Uh, oh!" look on his face.
I'll kick my tv if Eva ends up leaving the camp with Toole.
I think the Swede is going to kill the family and try to take the place of the father. The father seems to be high-ranking in the Mormons. He is learning all he can about him and the religion so he can pass himself off as the guy, then maybe rally the other Mormons around him to destroy Bohannon.
That is my best guess...but whatever the reason, that family is toast.
I wish the Swede would just go away.
I think most of us expect the Swede to kill the dad and take over the family. Maybe kill the mom too and just keep the kid. But it's taking WAY WAY too long to get there. Maybe Christopher Heyerdahl was only available for a limited time this season.
Still watching. Still moderately enjoying.
Ditto..and, while I thoroughly enjoyed the Swede when he was an integral part of the action, I cannot stand his storyline right now.
Good show, I like it.
We all knew that this was the way it was eventually going to go. We predicted that the Swede was going to murder either the father or the whole family and pretend to be the father when he hits the Mormon camp. The kid escaping though is going to cause him some trouble. I also want to know how he's going to interact with the Hell on Wheels people.
Was U.S. Grant actually involved in the building of the railroad? Seems kind of odd he'd befriend Cullen, but it's TV, so whatever. I liked the scene where the reporter asked for a return favor from Durant for him using her to write the article about Cullen being a murderer and Durant told her to take a hike. So obviously she's going to out him at some point.
It's going to be interesting seeing the reaction to the marriage proposal. Even though Eva is "marked", she's still a white woman planning to marry a black man, in the 1800s.
Aren't you people doing separate threads per episode?
I hesitated to look in on this thread lately for fear that it was turning into a discussion thread. I don't think people would necessarily view this thread and expect to see discussion of what is actually going on.
If this is going to become a season discussion thread, could someone ask the mods to update the thread title to indicate there will be spoilers?
Personally, I'd like this thread to NOT become a discussion of the ongoing goings-on of the show. Thankfully I have seen enough episodes that none of what was posted was a spoiler for me.
Well the title of the thread includes "(Season 3)", so I see no problem discussing Season 3...and I would fully expect it given the title.
And, by the way, who are "you people"?
The people who were posting about the latest episode in this thread. The title of the thread indicates nothing about discussing season 3 specifics, just asking if anyone is watching. We have had separate episode threads up to this week's episode.
If you want a separate ep thread then knock yourself out....geez
You're the one that said it was OK to discuss episodes in a non-episode discussion thread since you didn't understand the thread title and then asked who "you people" are. Geez.
Um I guess this is not the place to discuss the show then.
