Syfy's schedule showed the Eureka Christmas special as of last night.
My stupid non-tivo dvr recorded this like 50 times.
I was actually looking forward to this episode. Then I saw it was a rerun of the Eureka animated Christmas special. Bah humbug.
Deadline Hollywood is reporting that the pulled episode will not air Thursday and might be held until mid-January...
I thought this Friday was a new one also. Are they going to push that one, or show them out of sequence (which seems insane, but this is SyFy, after all).
Friday is (supposed to be) the season finalé. The show is serialized enough that yes, they would be insane.
And yes, they're Syfy, and yes, I'm frightened.
As far as I can tell from the Syfy schedule, it looks like Thursday's broadcast will be the Eureka Christmas episode again and Friday's Haven will also be a Christmas episode (not the season finale).
Yes, what they have done is replace the normal 10:00 and 12:00 Haven showings with Warehouse 13 and Eureka. The 11:00 Haven rerun was always planned. So the last 2 episodes this season of Haven will be shown in January.
Haven episodes pulled off air due to scenes of violence in a school setting.
That actually makes sense. Which for SyFy, is amazing.
The Haven Herald has received this statement from Syfy:
Last Friday's 10PM episode of Haven contained scenes of fictitious violence in a high school setting and in light of the recent tragedy, we have decided to reschedule it along with the series' season three finale, originally slated to air this Friday, December 21st at 10PM. The final two episodes of season three of Haven will now air back-to-back on Thursday, January 17th from 8-10 PM (ET/PT) to maintain the integrity of the series' serialized nature.
Thanks to all our dear readers for your understanding. Please like and share to spread the news to all.
Episodes 12 and 13 are now available via magical means. They are in HD.
Thanks, not sure how but they suddenly appeared on my computer..
Why, it's almost like...magic!
I wonder if TiVo will pick them up as first run or skip them as repeats. I don't want to change my SP setting to repeats because as soon as I do, SyFy will run Haven marathons every day until the 17th.
So is back-to-back on the 17th the correct thing to check for, to make sure I get these episodes?
