I am going to go ahead and update the hard drive in the next day or so. The basic steps consisted of: Running WinMFS and selecting the drive and making the backup. I have no shows and nothing in my Deleted Items folder, so it should go pretty quick. Then I can update the hard drive firmware, and put it back into the TiVo. If I run into issues I can restore the backup to the drive by selecting the drive in WinMFS and restoring from the file? Last time I did it I went from the 160GB to a 1TB, so I assume I don't have to do anything with the SuperSize option. I was planning on doing this using Windows 7, but WinMFS mentions nothing about Windows 7. Has anyone used WinMFS in Windows 7 with out issues or is it recommended to use Windows XP w/ SP2 (or ideally SP3)?
