Clicking through the video that Ereth posted for Jonathan Coulton's song 'Redneck', I found Coulton on stage with Felicia Day singing "Still Alive", which as if you didn't know was the song played at the end of Portal.

Waiting for the Eureka part... (Sorry if it's obvious to regular viewers.)

Eureka spoilers for the last three or four episodes:

Recently, Felicia Day's character, along with a few dozen other Eureka scientists, were, unbeknownst to any of them, kidnapped and plugged into a VR system much like the one in The Matrix. Eventually, they were all saved, except for Felicia's character, who was killed inside the Matrix and died in the real world as a result. More recently, Zane and Fargo have been experimenting with the captured Matrix equipment and have discovered that the consciousness of Felicia's character is "still alive" inside the Matrix.

I imagine that's where the OP was going with that.
