Good news. I wonder if they will take this opportunity to rename the show? Or is it too late to do that now?

Interesting. Might be the first time I will watch a first run sitcom on TBS.

I wish other shows with "borderline" rating would do the same. TBS should pick up Community too when that eventually is dropped by NBC.

Glad to see the show will continue. Don't know how successful it will be on TBS, but their expectations will be lower, so hopefully that allows it to stick around a little longer.

Does anyone know what happens with actor salaries when a show moves from network to cable? Since the various unions require certain salaries for network and allow lower salaries for cable, does the standard contract allow the studio to reduce the salary and still keep the actor under contract? Or will the reduction in salary allow the actors to get out of their contracts if they wanted to?

Don't rename it, the joke in the intro credits (or whatever that's really called -- someone corrected us in another thread weeks ago) makes it worth it.

Laurie: Wait guys, I read something!
Ellie: Already not a true story.

So great to have the gang back! I may have to purchase the song that was playing at the dance party (Crystal Fighters/"Champion Sound").

    I'm glad it's back too.

Now my only wish is for TBS to bring back "Men of a Certain Age". That was an awesome show.

Courteney Cox said she was going to go topless on the show if it moved to cable. I've never seen the show but I may watch for that.

    This is from the Interview..
Cougar Town, the sitcom starring former Friends star Courteney Cox, will soon air its fourth season and promises more cleavage — and a topless Cox.

The stars of the cast, alongside executive producer Bill Lawrence, discussed the upcoming season at the Television Critics Association Winter Tour 2013, in Pasadena, Calif. on Friday morning.

“You will not see one scene that I don’t show my boobs,” Cox, 48, teased to reporters, according to Access Hollywood. “You know what? I’m getting older, so I’ve decided at this point I’m taking less focus on the face, and focusing here,” she said, pointing at her chest. “By the time I’m much older, I will just be absolutely nude. I think it’s gonna work for me, I hope.”

Cox won’t be the only member of the cast baring some skin in the new season. Josh Hopkins, 42, who plays her husband Grayson in the show, will also be shedding his clothes.

“One day, in trying to keep our marriage alive, we have an event,” Cox told reporters. “We have ‘Naked Day,’ you know, where you spend the whole day naked? But there happens to be only one spot in the house that I can stand in where the light comes from all angles. You step out of it? Disgusting. That was one of our things that we did.”
