Can't Download From Amazon (Series 3 and Roamio)

    About a month ago I started having problems downloading from Amazon with my Series 3, but at about the same time I was having hard drive problems so didn't think much of it.

    But now with a new Roamio, I am still having the same problem. I have linked/unlinked/re-linked the new Tivo to Amazon's website and went through all the troubleshooting steps I can find on Tivo/Amazon's websites, but still nothing.

    I did replace my DSL modem about a month ago, but am almost certain I was able to download one movie prior to having this problem.

    Any suggestions on what to look at?

    Re-booted and the download started, however it's very slow.

    There seem to be occasional problems like this for some of us. Here's a link to a recent thread I started.

    Note post #24. Complain to Amazon instant video support at 877-442-1958 and hope for the best. If they actually give you a follow up call after they've fixed it, I will be amazed.
