Can't Connect to Pro in iOS App

    Hi all,

    Maybe you guys can help me…

    My Roamio got updated to the latest OS (it happened even though I wasn't on any kind of list for it). I noticed occasional slowness so I rebooted the box.

    I don't know if this is related but after the reboot my iOS App can connect to the Roamio. The Roamio is online and can successfully connect to the TiVo service. I get this error in the app:

    Communication Error. There was a problem connecting to the TiVo service. Please try again or press OK to retry now.

    Any ideas what this is or how to fix? Thanks in advance...

    I'm getting the same error on my ipad but my Roamio pro has not been updated yet. ??

    Also, I just checked my minis. They have the C133 error. They can talk to my roamio and watch live and recorded tv. I'm wondering if the problem with the app is on tivo's end?

    Same error, different info:-

    Error: phoneHomeRequest

    I have been updated, and am on the same network as the Tivo but the iPhone thinks not. Same on my iPad.
