I just posted about this same issue. I'm in Clearwater. They're sending a tech out Sunday to see if they can fix the problem, but I'm not sure that that's going to be the solution. I've rebooted, reseated the cable card (M-Card), hard rebooted, and still no channels. It went out on 9/9 at some point as that's the last time an HD channel recorded for me in the upper HD numbers. Quite frustrating!
